Struggles & Challenges

The toughest challenges I face in this position is maintaining the budget. It’s not difficult, however it’s just a very large amount of payments to keep track of. In addition, another struggle is incentivizing chapter to pay dues on time. Then working with those who cannot/don’t to create payment plans.
